Boracay Island Beaches

     When vacation strikes in the Philippines, the first beach that you would think of would be the Boracay Island Beaches. One of the world's finest beaches. The small island is surrounded by beautiful coral reefs. It is the most visited tourist spot in the Philippines. Famous for its crystal clear, blue water and white sand. It's nice to walk barefoot on its fine powdery sand. It is such a relaxing place to spend your vacation. The place is really captivating, once you see feel the water, you'll know you're somewhere special.

     To reach Boracay you would need to ride a plane, then a bus and a boat. It is located off northwest corner of Panay Island. The land area is approximately 1,084 hectares. It is seven kilometer long and the narrowest point is at one kilometer width. Its two primary beaches are White beach and Bulabog Beach. White Beach is divided into three, Station 1, 2 and 3.

    

    Of course it wouldn't be just famous for its awesome view. Because Boracay offers different leisure activities that would make you want to stay.

In Boracay, it's fun to try the following:

1. Banana boat ride- a 45 minute ride, maximum of 5 people. Worth Php200 each.
2. Flying fish - similar to the banana boat ride. Costs Php600 per head.
3. Jet-ski - for a 30 minute ride would cost Php1000. And Php2000 for an hour.
4. Para-sailing - for 4 people, Php1000 each.
5. Scuba Diving - there are diving spots for both beginners and advanced divers. Different charges apply, since lots of diving packages are offered in Boracay.
