All of us are familiar of Mattel’s Barbie. The famous plastic doll that became famous since 1959. Barbie is really popular especially to young girls who loves dressing and undressing her. Barbie comes with different designs that you could ever imagine. Nowadays, Barbie is not just a doll anymore. She now graces every little girl’s televisions for she releases a movie each year. 

Anyway, what I’m really trying to say here is that Barbie has become a major model to every young and adult girl that some of them tried to copy the famous doll’s style. Some girls are gifted and were born looking like a Barbie while others exaggerated and did everything just to look exactly like their favorite doll. So, let’s just cut all these drama and let’s see who the 7 Barbie doll look alike are. ‘Coz I know you’re dying or should I say “lusting” to see them now.

1.    Valeria Lukyanova

Valeria Lukyanova is considered as the world’s living Barbie doll. She’s a 21 year-old girl with big, blue and glassy eyes, huge breasts, tiny waist and big butt measuring 39-18-33 (exactly like the Barbie doll). She really looks, acts and dresses like the famous plastic doll. Lukyanova is currently the most famous Russian woman on the Russian-language Internet. This real-life Barbie has thousands of followers in Twitter and many subscribers in Facebook. But many people are saying that her obsession to look like Barbie is unhealthy.

2.   Dakota Rose

Dakota Rose is a 19 year-old girl who also looks like Barbie. She goes by the name KotaKoti. And because of her Barbie doll features, Dakota became well known in different countries such as Japan and China, who featured her on many networking news. She doesn’t mind if people see her as weird or a funny girl coz she likes to cosplay all the time.

3.     Venus Palermo

Venus Palermo has grown into her doll obsession at the age of 15. She goes by the pseudonym, Venus Angelic. She’s a teenager who lives in London who often posts beauty tutorials in YouTube.  According to Venus, if you want to be a ball-jointed doll you need to use the right over-sized pupil contacts, pure white eye shadow and plastic sheen-effect powder. A lot of people are taking her advice, especially in Japan. Venus and her mom are obsessed with Japan. The teenager says that her mom cooks and thinks Japanese and goes to Japan with her.

4.     Juliet Lin Ke Tong

Juliet Lin Ke Tong is a beautiful Chinese advertising model and actress born on September 20, 1988. Her height is 172 cm or 5 feet and 7 inches. Lin Ke Tong is charming, romantic, sentimental and lovely. She may not look exactly like Barbie, but she still looks like a doll.

5.     Alodia Gosiengfiao

Alodia Gosiengfiao is an award winning cosplayer in the Philippines. Her real name is Alodia Almira Arraiza Gosienfiao born on March 9, 1988 in Quezon City, Philippines. She’s popular around the world for her creativity and because she looks a lot cuter than the actual character that she portrays. Her popularity began in 2003 after she won in a cosplay event.

6.   Wang Jiayun

Wang Jiayun is a Chinese high school student born on June 18, 1993 in Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. Just like Valeria Lukyanova, Wang Jiayun is also an internet sensation. She currently resides in Shenzhen of Guangdong province in China. Wang Jiayun looks like an adorable blow-up doll. She has large eyes, pale face and a perfectly structured nose. She currently became #1 searched name in Korea’s most popular search engine, “naver.com”. Some people are wondering if she’s real or not. 7.     Charlotte Hothman

Charlotte Hothman is a 24 year-old. She’s obsessed with her Barbie doll collection and even spent £10,000 on a cosmetic surgery just to look like Barbie. She had a nose job, collagen in her lips and dyed her hair Blonde. And to complete the Barbie look, she also spent all her spare money to buy outfits that looks the same with her plastic dolls. She’s really obsessed that she has collected hundreds of Barbies, which she kept in a special room at her Manchester home.

However, she confessed that the surgery was really painful. She says that her face was bruised and it took a few weeks for the swelling to go down. But, I think it’s worth it.
