·         Katy Perry

Mattel teamed up with Katy Perry to release a limited edition of Katy Perry Barbie Doll to raise money for the Project Angel Food charity. The Barbie version is based from Katy’s “California Gurls” single, complete with a waffle cone stage, ice cream, gummy bears, swirly lollipops, cotton candy clouds and a cupcake dress. It’s an exact replica of KP. However, Only ONE version of this has been released.

·         Nicki Minaj

Just like the Barbie doll version of Katy Perry, there’s only ONE of this Nicki Minaj Barbie Doll ever created and the proceeds will benefit the Project Angel Food charity. A really one-of-a-kind edition. Nicki Minaj herself was very thrilled, she didn’t even expect that Mattel would pay attention to her, as for she really loves Barbies. Her Barbie edition is based on her “Pink Friday” album. And it also wears a “Barbie” necklace exactly the same necklace she wears.

·         Angelina Jolie

Reports say that Angelina Jolie Barbie dolls by Noel Cruz were recently sold for $3,500. I bet most buyers were boys. Oh, and the cute part is, the Barbie also have tattoos.

·         Lindsay Lohan

Mattel made a doll of Lindsay because of her hit movie, The Mean Girls. The red-haired Lindsay Barbie is dressed in a low cut, figure-hugging dress and a fur-trimmed coat. The Barbie comes with its very own director’s chair and a velvet rope.

·         Lady Gaga

Aaaaw. Unfortunately, these dolls aren’t really Gaga Barbies. Meaning, they’re not for sale. A 29-year-old doll enthusiast just designed it. For the picture above, that photo is based from Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance, (including her Alexander McQueen claw shoes). This doll enthusiast designed a lot of Lady Gaga-inspired dolls. And they're all quite remarkable.

·         Marilyn Monroe

Mattel released the Marilyn Monroe Barbie as a debut doll on their Blonde Ambition Collection as a series of celebrating blondes. The doll wears a flawless golden gown. The doll looks sophisticated, sexy, and stylish. Soooo very Marilyn Monroe!

·         Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum looks like a living doll, right? Maybe that’s one reason why Mattel decided to create a Barbie doll version of her. The supermodel was even spotted taking a looking at her version of Barbie doll.

·         Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen)

Jennifer Lawrence recently portrayed the role of Katniss Everdeen for the movie “Hunger Games”. Now, her famous role has become a Barbie! Due to the popularity of the film, collectors already have swooped in all dolls! The doll is styled with one plump braid, sporting the hooded jacket of Katniss, military-style pants, flat boots and of course, the mocking jay pin. And it wouldn’t be Katniss if it doesn’t come with a bow and arrow.

·         Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan)

Kristen Stewart portrayed Bella swan in the Twilight movie series. And because the movies were such a hit, Mattel invented a Barbie Edition for each of the cast of Twilight. So yes, there’s a Barbie version of Edward, Jacob, Alice, Carlisle, Esme, Emmett, Jasper, Victoria and Jane. And there’s also a Barbie version of Bella and Edward getting married as well, too.

·         Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen)

If Kristen Stewart has a version of Bella Swan Barbie, then definitely there will be an Edward Cullen Barbie. I suggest you buy the whole set of Twilight Barbies if you're a die-hard fan.

·         Farrah Fawcett

The Farrah Fawcett Barbie doll is based from the record-breaking 1976 poster of Farrah Fawcett that sold over 10 million copies. And now, the Farrah Barbie became an instant collector’s item. The Barbie wears a red swimsuit and sits against a backdrop of a striped Mexican rug, exactly how the poster looks.

·         Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is a very good and versatile actor. He portrayed a lot of amazing roles. That’s why he has now a variety of Barbie doll versions of himself! Every collector would want a Jack Sparrow Barbie. Oh and you know what? Johnny Depp loves playing Barbie dolls! Of course, he doesn’t play it alone; he plays Barbie together with his little girl.

·         Faith Hill and Tim McGraw

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill together make beautiful music. So, Mattel released a version of them both holding a microphone. Faith wears dangling earrings, beautiful sequined black-beige gown. Tim wears a black suit, topped off with his signature black hat. They’re standing side by side. Aaaaw.
