You think it's because of the way you dress? Your worried that your beach bum date doesn't like you because you don't have anything in common? And you ask yourself, "How do beach bums dress?" Then, worry no more. Here are tips to teach you how to dress like a beach bum. This will help you know what he or she likes, so the two of you could hang together more often, along with the blue waves..





 1. Dress Code
You could identify a beach bum by the way he or she dresses not by their big bums.

a. Sunglasse

☼For Him:
They wear their ray-bans wayfarers whenever wherever. To protect their eyes from the heat especially that they’re walking around the beach all day. 

☼For Her:
They wear ray-bans as well, but girls love to wear different styles of sunglasses. Why they need it? Because beach bum hotties likes to stay all day long under the sun to sun-bathe and get a perfect tan. And you naughty boys love to see sunbathing girls, huh? Try to wait all day and maybe some sunbathers will go naked, then lucky you. Or even better, she might ask you to apply a sunscreen lotion on her body!

(Reminder: Do not stay under the sun from 10am to 4pm straight. It’ll give you a sunburn, not the tan you desire and you might get skin cancer for too much sun exposure.)

b. Board Shorts 

☼For Him and Her:
It’s very reasonable why they prefer to wear board shorts. Because boardshorts are made from polyester and nylon material. So it has durable lightweight and it’s almost waterproof.




c. Polo Shirts 

☼For Him:
Vibrant colored polo shirts (others wear Anime polo shirts). Usually worn half-buttoned or not buttoned at all.



d. Bare-chested

☼For Him:
Some will wear polo shirts but others will be bare-chested as well. Beach-wise, because they don’t have to wash any shirts. Plus, women get to see their 6-pack abs. For men with beer-bellies, why not flaunt that bouncing abs of yours and go bare-chested, too. Ü


e. Bikini

☼For Her:
Boys love girls wearing their bikinis. Beach bums have tons of assorted bikinis.

f.Sarong

☼For Her:

Sarongs are just for women. Colorful sarongs are worn with style. Women wear it when they're done swimming or when they're strolling around the beach.

g. Anklets 

☼For Him and Her:
No expensive watches to spare. They have multiple bracelets and anklets left and right of their wrists and ankles. They collect anklets and bracelets. They would buy anklets and bracelets whenever they visit a different beach and they’ll wear it all at the same time.


h. Scrunches and Clumps

☼For Him and Her:
You’d always see them with a scrunch hair, almost air dried. Girls and long-haired men’s hair is stuck up with a clump or a scrunchy and their hair is a bit sandy.  

 
i. Barefoot 

☼For Him and Her:
They prefer to walk on barefoot because they walk, play, surf and swim the whole day and they might just forget where they left their flip flops and lose it.



 2. Beach Sports
A beach bum is considered a beach bum because of his daily beach activities. He/She’s addicted to water, sand and the beach sports. If you want that beach bum hottie to notice you, you better learn these sports. And which sports are these that I'm referring to? Read below:



i. Surfboarding

A beach bum will be most likely a proficient surfer. You’ll spot him standing beside his surfboard along the shore looking out for good waves. You could also see him standing or sitting on his surfboard in the middle of the day riding a wave. 

 
ii. Wakeboarding

A wake boarder dude will have his wakeboard strapped to his body all day. (A wake board is a short surfboard). You would see a wake boarder performing stunts and holding a rope while being towed by a boat. 

 
iii.Frisbee

Frisbee is a catching game between two or more players, throwing a plastic concave disk released with a flick of the wrist. A beach bum will always have his/her Frisbee disc hanging on his/her neck. Walking around the beach looking for players (or even a skilled dog will do) to have a toss at.

 
iv. Beach Volleyball

Volleyball is mostly for beach bum girls. You wouldn’t see a beach bum boy play volleyball that much. Volleyball is the sport where boys would stop whatever they’re doing and will watch the bikini-wearing girls spike the ball. (And I know that boys don’t care about the game, they’re just waiting for bikinis to fall off). xD
