Celebrities always look good when they’re in the limelight, courtesy of their makeup artists. Have you ever seen or thought of any actress leaving their house or the studio without any makeup on? Some celebrities didn’t intend to be photographed by paparazzis with their makeup off, but unfortunately for them and luckily for us, some celebrities are caught without their makeup. We’ve seen Hilary Duff grow through her teenage years as Lizzie Mcguire. And she always have her makeup on whenever, wherever. But looks like she forgot to apply any makeup when the photo was captured.
